Motivating a team of 17 people is perhaps, one of the most difficult task of a supervisor. SOmetimes, I had to shed out some money out from my own pocket just to give some perks to my people in order to make the working environment even more fun and exciting. I remember when I was still a call center agent where spiffs from my computer-related account would give us sales incentives through gift cards. My former company would always buy visa gift cards
with the campaign logo in it. How I wish we also have the same in my current call center employer. Maybe, just maybe.
