I am now on my 30th week. In my more than 7 months of pregnancy I think I have already gained more than 6 kilos. When I was still single, I didn’t have much problem about gaining/losing weight. My body has been cooperative with me. LOL But I am afraid that it will be a different thing now. According to some medical articles and journals that I have read, women tend to retain 3 kilos of weight they have gained during pregnancy. I know one of hubby’s cousins who is using a herbal tea from Singapore and I can see results of her losing weight. As there are countless of diet pills
being sold over the counter, I am no longer sure which ones are safe and which are not. Of course, I would still prefer losing weight the natural way like keeping a proper diet and continuous exercise. I learned from one of my yahoogroups as well that breastfeeding can really make you lose weight.
