As we plan building our own house, we also consider the lot area we are going to acquire. Owning and building a house takes a lot of brain storming. I could just imagine how many arguments Russell and I would have as we decide on how we are going to divide the lot area. Reality check: Russell and I are not going to have a mansion so having an 11-piece set of garage storage cabin ets is impossible and impractical. With that, I think we're just gonna settle for this one.
