I know I have posted some rants about the recent changes that are happening in the office right now.
Just a few days ago, 'chief' finally talked to me. She asked me to sign off a coaching ticket. For the very first time, I felt her presence.
Then I realized that I am disappointed not particular with her, but with how things are going on.
Right now, I am seeing some improvements in her. I guess, I have been a little to harsh and a little too hard on her. I should have given her some slack. I should have understood what she is going on. Above anybody else, she's the one who is in the magnifying glass. And the least thing that I can do is to support her.
I have not been actively participating in our daily meetings lately. But things will be different now. Instead of being reactive, I'll try my best efforts to be more proactive. After all, I don't want to lose this program. We have worked our ass for this campaign and I don't want to divide the entire team just because of personal reasons.
I just hope that things will be progressive. I hope that things will be alright going forward. |
